Our fishing area is catch-and-release only to preserve fish populations. Only non-motorized or electric watercraft are permitted; gas-powered motors are not allowed. Users must have a valid Oklahoma fishing license, and life jackets are mandatory for all ages while on watercraft.

Trails are open to walkers, runners, and non-motorized bikes. For safety and environmental reasons, motorized vehicles, like ATVs or dirt bikes, are not allowed on the property. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.

Subscription fees are essential for maintaining and improving the trail and fishing areas. These funds cover property taxes, insurance, and necessary maintenance equipment like mowers and trimmers, ensuring the land remains clean, safe, and accessible for everyone. Additionally, fees support trail upkeep, such as resurfacing and erosion control, to ensure long-term sustainability. Future expansions, funded by these subscriptions, could include amenities like benches, lighting, and additional signage to enhance safety, comfort, and enjoyment for all members.

By subscribing, you’re helping support the preservation and improvement of this beautiful land, creating a unique community space. Members enjoy a quieter, well-maintained environment that’s conveniently located and accessible only to the neighborhood, fostering a safe and connected atmosphere for residents.

We are implementing a few methods to ensure that only paying members have access to the trail and fishing areas. Members will receive a pass which may be required to display when using the property. We’ll also have regular checks and community-appointed monitors to help maintain compliance and make sure everyone is following the guidelines. Additionally, any major upgrades or installations, like gated entry points or electronic check-ins, may be introduced as our community grows. Our goal is to keep the process simple and respectful, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone who supports the preservation and upkeep of this land.
-
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly. Please note that access to the trail or fishing areas will end at the conclusion of your paid subscription period. We hope that members continue to support the upkeep of this land, but we understand if your needs change over time.

Each membership is intended for the household, but we understand that you may want to share this space with friends or extended family. Guests are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a paying member at all times. We ask that members be mindful of the community space by limiting non-member visits. In the future, we may offer guest passes for an additional fee to allow more flexibility for visitors.

Yes! As the community grows and we receive more support, we’d love to expand amenities, including adding benches, lighting, and even new recreational features like pickleball courts or a baseball field. We’re also considering occasional community events, clean-up days, and other ways to bring members together. Your contributions help make these upgrades possible, and we’re always open to suggestions on how to enhance The Back Nine experience!
